Health & Safety Precautions (COVID-19 Protocols)

We take health, safety, and sanitation extremely serious and is our #1 priority at Elevated Tours. During these unprecedented times we ask for understanding and cooperation with the many protocols we have enacted to ensure our guests have a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience. We are former hospitality workers that have been trained and certified in sanitation processes both pre and post pandemic. Our training has taught us that a great guest experience comes from the synergy of sanitation and hospitality. These are the steps we are taking to build trust that sanitation is our priority:

• Temperature check and covid waiver upon arrival.

• Masks are required and provided if needed to comply.

• Gloves are available upon request

• The lounge and van are sanitized in-between each tour/ group

• We sanitize with antibacterial aerosol sprays, wipes, and UV wand.

• Hand sanitizer is always available.

• Newest Air Purifiers able to measure microbes and purify accordingly

• Air purifier in shuttle

• Contact tracing logs and information
